Frequently asked questions
Can I add several time ranges within the same day?
Yes. Each day accepts as many segments as you need, for example one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. The daily total adds up every range you enter.
How do I export my hours?
An export button generates a CSV file you can open in Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice. You can also print the sheet directly to attach it to an invoice.
Is my data stored anywhere?
By default everything stays in your browser. Nothing is sent to the internet unless you sign in. Once signed in, you can choose to save your sheets online so you can access them from another device.
Does the tool calculate totals automatically?
Yes, the total for each day and the weekly running total are recalculated in real time whenever you change a time range.
